Todd Rader and Amy Crews have collaborated since 1995 and formed their own firm in 2000. Todd and Amy work together closely on all the firm’s projects. Their qualifications are complementary since in addition to both being landscape architects Todd has a strong architectural background and Amy has an extensive plant knowledge built through years of gardening and grounds keeping experience.
Our firm is organized as a studio with the partners as the primary leads. Typically, one partner will lead project efforts and the second partner serves in an advisory role. Project teams are fluid, allowing partners and staff to contribute their strengths as best suits the project.
