Rader + Crews designed a new landscape for Fillmore Hall, an exiting apartment building in the Jackson Heights neighborhood of Queens.  The building courtyard was transformed from a bare dirt filled space with drainage problems into a verdant place of repose for tenants as well as a visual feature for the apartments above. The view to the courtyard from the lobby is terminated by a cedar pergola that features a long bench
