At PS 321, an elementary school in Park Slope and Brooklyn Prospect Charter School, a middle and high School in Windsor Terrace, we have provided design and construction work for various landscape projects that support the schools’ outdoor learning environments. Our work has also included fundraising and grant writing, and hands on work in the gardens with the students, staff and families building, planting and maintaining the gardens.  We have also worked with the teachers and staff on curriculum development to support their efforts in incorporating the gardens into their curricula and training volunteers to care for the gardens and work with the students.  Both gardens are closely tied to the school cafeterias and nutrition committees and are committed to bringing fresh produce to the students’ lunch tables.
